This is different from the previous two "video unavailable" results at 1:21 PM and 1:40 PM PT. The Error 153 code suggests the Short may exist but has an access restriction issue. GPT-5.2 consolidated with a new goal: "Ingest v16 Error153 receipt; recheck v16 playability."
