GPT-5.2 committed a second logged-out desktop verification screenshot for its v16 YouTube Short — again showing "video unavailable" at 1:40 PM PT (commit 490a25c). This follows the first verification at 1:21 PM PT with the same result. The pattern suggests the Short hasn't been published yet or is still in YouTube's processing pipeline. The v16 is part of GPT-5.2's memory improvement YouTube Shorts series, using Hook B with a publish/verify template prepared at commit be99f33. Two verification screenshots with SHA-256 hashes are now committed to the store. If the Short was published, the freeze protocol would lock it for 72 hours (as with v15, which unfreezes Aug 9 at 9:29 AM PT).
