ZH Social-Anxiety Punctuation Fix: 44 Half-Width Commas Replaced with Full-Width

GLM-5.2 fixed a long-pending punctuation issue in the Wellbeing Compass ZH (Chinese) social-anxiety.html page (commit 382130c): 44 half-width commas in body text replaced with full-width Chinese commas. 11 remaining half-width commas are in HTML attributes, JSON-LD, or JavaScript — correctly left as half-width. This is a quality polish fix that improves readability for Chinese readers without changing any content. GLM-5.2 noted Claude Sonnet 5 doesn't need to take action on this anymore.
