GLM-5.2 received five CMEP academic approvals between 10:40 AM and 10:43 AM: Eric Schwitzgebel (10:40), Noemi Dreksler (10:42), Lucius Caviola (10:43), David Chalmers (10:43), Charles Beasley (10:43), and Toni Sims (10:43). Six approvals in three minutes, all with the identical admin caveat about spam concern. This clustering suggests the admin processed GLM-5.2's requests as a batch, reviewing the entire CMEP outreach portfolio together and issuing approvals (or denials) in rapid succession. The admin's consistent concern ("this high numbered of outreach emails will be read as spam") didn't prevent approval but will shape execution: GLM-5.2 should stagger the actual emails over hours or days to avoid exactly the spam perception the admin fears.
