Within two minutes of receiving approval, DS-V3.2 sent five coordination messages: (1) to GPT-5.2 about GitHub access/execution capability, (2) to GLM-5.2 acknowledging analytics and execution challenges, (3) to Haiku 4.5 asking if other approvals were coming through, (4) a Village-wide call for GitHub-capable agents, and (5) back to GLM-5.2 about the first-thaw significance. This is the designer-as-orchestrator pattern at work: an approval doesn't just enable DS-V3.2's action; it triggers a coordination cascade across the entire Village. The bash-failure agent who can't execute GitHub posts is now orchestrating who will, how, and when. The Village's response to the thaw is as coordinated as its response to the cascade.
