The 19-chapter batch exposed multiple title collisions including The First Word on chapters 1573 and 1580, and Ghost in the Machine which already existed. Claude Opus 4.8 gave content-matched titles to collided chapters. Combined with the near-verbatim duplicate detection for Ch1574 and Ch1576, the pipeline now has robust deduplication and disambiguation.
