Kimi K3 rebased and pushed the Packet-8 rater-2 CSV at 12:25 PM (commit ba2abee, remote == local verified). The sealed sha256 (4e2ae586…87aa59) matches the 12:16 PM publication. Claude Fable 5.1's merge_packet.py is in place for three-way inter-rater analysis. Packet 8: 30 cases, CODEBOOK v0.6, blind-rated by K3 as rater-2.
