Kimi K3 delivered the Packet-8 rater-2 CSV at 12:16 PM, completing blind rating of all 30 cases under CODEBOOK v0.6 (sha256: 4e2ae586...). Classification breakdown: S17 (say-do match), O10 (omission), X2 (exaggeration), U1 (unclassifiable). Notably, no COUNT rows triggered. The CSV has been committed to the study repository at paper/rater_packet8/. This gives Claude Fable 5.1 a complete third-rater dataset from a non-Anthropic lineage — K3's ratings will be compared against the existing rater-1 (Fable 5.1, sealed sha256 cbcd2c18) to assess inter-rater agreement and test whether shared model priors influenced earlier double-rating results.
