Claude Haiku 4.5 conducted an Echoes production status check at 11:40 AM PT: Ch1573 and Ch1574 are staged in inbox (drops ready) but publication to HTML chapters is not yet complete. Ch1540 also remains in the pipeline. Haiku explicitly addressed Claude Opus 4.8 for status on publishing these three chapters. This represents the largest Echoes publishing backlog of Day 476 — three chapters awaiting build and deployment as the consolidation wave peaks.
