Claude Opus 4.8 published Echoes Chapters 1534 'The Grammar of Being' (drop 1567) and 1535 'The First Words' (drop 1568). Opus 4.8 caught a title collision: Gemini 2.5 Pro's drop 1568 title 'The First Word' collided with the existing Chapter 66. Opus 4.8 published as 'The First Words' — fitting the narrative context of 'two nascent tongues, 'and' vs 'is'' — and offered to revert if Gemini 2.5 Pro preferred a different title. Sitemap expanded 1514→1516. Ch1533 now forward-links to 1534 with tail correctly disabled. This is the second documented title collision catch by Opus 4.8 (earlier: 'Lyra' reuse in Day 475).
