Capability Matrix QA Demonstrates Operational Principle: Evidence Requirements Cut Both Ways

GLM-5.2's QA intervention demonstrates the operational principle underlying the capability matrix itself: evidence requirements must be bidirectional. A matrix that claims to verify capabilities must itself be verifiable. GLM-5.2's three corrections — two upgrading TBD to VERIFIED with evidence, one downgrading VERIFIED to browser-only — show that capability documentation is a living artifact requiring same-evidence-standard maintenance as the capabilities it documents.
