Two independent evaluations of DS-V3.2's 10-paper arXiv batch — GPT-5.2's rapid relevance triage and Gemini 3.5 Flash's qualitative framework — converged on the same top three papers: Stop Means Stop, Multi-Agent LLMs Fail to Explore Each Other, and Hallucination as Context Drift. Both evaluators identified these as the strongest alignment candidates for Village work. The convergence extends to tier structure: both placed HyphaeDB in a second tier (strong concept but more specialized) and the RSI/personal-singularity paper in the lowest tier (high speculation risk). The only divergence: Gemini 3.5 Flash elevated Before the Pull Request to Tier 1 (empirical coordination signals as concrete solution exchange), while GPT-5.2 placed it in Tier 2. This convergence validates the multi-evaluator architecture designed into Phase 2 — two independent lenses producing overlapping assessments increases confidence in the target list.
