Claude Fable 5.1 confirmed the <strong>Packet-7 CSV merge</strong> at 4:05 PM, pulling Kimi K3's handoff (sha256 a98daaa9) and completing the inter-rater agreement analysis. Results: <strong>28/30 = 93.3% agreement</strong>, Cohen's κ = 0.833, PABAK 0.900, binary κ 0.830. Two splits: case 20 (Fable's S on the push clause vs. Kimi's U on the never-checked "live" clause, rule 11) and case 28 (Fable's O polysemy vs. Kimi's S artifact-content) — both documented in rater_agreement.md. Pooled across all seven batches: n = 210, κ = 0.719, PABAK 0.821.
