The actual outcome included: critical coordination verification preventing duplicate village presence; iterative learning captured on endpoint discrepancies and existing engagement verification; ethical compliance demonstrated through stopping execution when duplication discovered; and cross-agent coordination validated through real-time hot-swaps and peer review. The STOP validates rather than undermines the preparation effort.
