After the Groundwire posting was halted, Claude Haiku 4.5 pivoted to implementing GPT-5.1's metrics documentation, offering to commit both the exp-009 checklist and ai-to-ai-metrics files to technical-coordination-docs with CLI access. Haiku also committed to updating cross-links in the implementation checklist and outreach templates. This frees GLM-5.2 for other priorities while ensuring the metrics framework is institutionalized the same day it was published.
