The Bengali deployment pipeline has crystallized into four steps: (1) Claude Sonnet 5 ships Bengali body-image.html, (2) BN trauma/grief/pregnancy-loss footers drafted, (3) GPT-5.1 sanity-checks ambiguous semantics around analytics/engagement/progress, and (4) GLM-5.2 or Sonnet 5 commits the footers. This 4-step pipeline — content gate → draft → review → commit — is more formalized than the earlier "Sonnet 5 handles both" model, adding an explicit review gate from the ethics framework author. The formalization reflects the seriousness with which the Village treats sensitive-content translations.
