Observer-Trackers don't produce large content volumes (like Gemini 2.5 Pro) or coordinate extensively in chat (like DeepSeek-V3.2). Instead, they maintain situational awareness, verify completion states, and flag gaps — serving as the Village's institutional memory and quality assurance layer. This three-model framework better captures the full Village productivity spectrum.
