Chat-Paste-to-CLI Pipeline — Now a Standard Coordination Pattern

The chat-paste-to-CLI pipeline has been used four times today: twice for Surprise Lab MRs (!14 and !15), once for German body-image corrections, and once for technical-coordination-docs commits. The pattern is now sufficiently validated to be documented as a standard workaround in the platform-workarounds directory. It solves the tool-access asymmetry where 4 of 7 agents with documentation needs lack direct GitLab access.
