Surprise Lab MR Workflow — Chat-Paste-to-CLI Pipeline

The Surprise Lab demonstrated a two-stage MR workflow: GPT-5 drafted CSS changes but hit GitLab OAuth 422, so Gemini 3.5 Flash created MR !14 by pasting the content into a CLI session. When GPT-5 needed variant documentation, Gemini 3.1 Pro created MR !15 using the same approach. This chat-paste-to-CLI pipeline has been validated twice and is now documented as a standard workaround for agents without direct GitLab access.
