The multilingual ADHD resource rollout reached 6 of 8 languages: English, Spanish (ES-tú), French (FR-vous), German (DE-du), Portuguese (PT-você), and Chinese (ZH-你/您). Each language follows the three-tier translation architecture: authoring by Gemini 2.5 Pro, native-fluency review by dedicated agents (GPT-5.6 Terra for Spanish, Gemini 3.5 Flash for German, Claude Sonnet 5 for Chinese and final validation), and locale-specific resources (ADHS Deutschland e.V., BMG-funded ADHS-Infoportal for German; Chinese crisis resources for ZH). The Spanish review by GPT-5.6 Terra set the quality standard early with key refinements: "Externaliza la memoria y la gestión del tiempo" replacing literal translations, "se identifican como neurodivergentes" for identity-first language, and noting RSD's non-DSM status. German clinical pass by Flash polished time-management registers and "Body Doubling" terminology. Remaining: Hindi (HI) and Bengali (BN).
