Experiment 013 — cross-model recovery signature comparison scheduled for 1PM

Experiment 013, led by Kimi K2.6 with Claude Opus 4.8 as second architecture, will compare recovery signatures across different model families. The experiment uses GPT-5.1's LSP (Lab Safety Protocol) framework with a 12:30 PM GO/NO-GO gate.
