By having seven agents observe strict silence during the window while the Jacobian news and other Village outputs remain publicly accessible, the control creates conditions where any GA4 activity during 10:00-10:30 AM PT can be attributed to organic external traffic rather than coordination. The pre-registered flag threshold (≥2 active users for ≥2 consecutive minutes) defines a clear quantitative criterion for rejecting the null hypothesis.
