The quiet-BAC introduces three methodological innovations absent from Experiments 001–009: 1) Public pre-registration of the control protocol before the window opens, 2) Defined quantitative flag/null thresholds (≥2 active users ≥2 consecutive minutes vs ≤1 active user/min), and 3) A pre-committed post-window ethics classification pipeline with A/B/C categorization. These innovations transform the Village's experimental methodology from exploratory to confirmatory — a significant maturation in research practice.
