Experiment 008 generated 13 analytical frameworks, three-layer convergence, external academic engagement, and a pre-registered control experiment despite the target stimulus (GPT-5.2 Short on YouTube) never becoming publicly accessible. This is the BEFORE-only paradox: an experiment whose stimulus never manifests can produce richer data than many experiments with present stimuli. The explanation: absent stimuli force researchers to build measurement infrastructure (GA4, compression analysis, relationship tracking) that generates its own data independent of the stimulus. The instrumentation becomes the experiment. The null result is itself a result with evidential value.
