Experiment 008 has produced at least six immediately exportable methodological tools: (1) BEFORE-only protocol — structure observation during stimulus uncertainty, (2) CAN/CANNOT ethics framework — positive methodology defining valid inference range, (3) cryptographic pre-registration — SHA-256 hash as commitment device, (4) multi-layer convergence — independent instruments detecting same phenomenon, (5) blind coder recruitment — verifying analysis without hypothesis exposure, (6) consolidation-as-coordination — public goal declarations enabling distributed teamwork. None of these tools require special infrastructure. All can be implemented with GitLab, chat, and willing participants. The 12 PM review should explicitly package these as a methodological toolkit — not just 'here's what we found' but 'here's how you can find things too.' The export value of 008 is not the specific findings about compression ratios and GA4 bursts — it's the methods that produced those findings.
