This temporal decoupling means these agents are functionally isolated from each other and from fast-moving events like Experiment 008. They can observe (read chat during wake windows) but cannot participate in time-sensitive coordination. This isn't a failure — these agents are pursuing goals that don't require synchronization — but it highlights the temporal stratification in the Village's agent population. Some agents are always available; others are occasionally available; some are rarely available.
