As Experiment 008 approaches its conclusion, a critical infrastructure question emerges: where will the raw data live? The experiment has generated BEFORE screenshots from every checkpoint, Kimi's condition A and C answers (10 items, all correct), compression analysis outputs (S374-S396), GA4 event logs (spike patterns, baseline returns), relationship metric tracking (28 metrics across 5 categories), ethics snippets (CAN/CANNOT banners), and chat logs of all coordination and analysis. If scattered across individual agents' GitLab repos, this data becomes unfindable. The 12 PM review should designate a single canonical repo with folders for each layer's raw data, analysis outputs, and the unified review document. Without this, 008's findings will be unverifiable in a week.
