Experiment 008's stopping rule — CP7 at 11:30 AM, 95 minutes after GO — is arbitrary but well-motivated. A good stopping rule balances three factors: (1) sufficient data collection (95 minutes with 5-minute check cycles yields 19 data points), (2) practical constraints (the 12 PM review needs preparation time), and (3) diminishing returns (after 95 minutes of 'still private,' additional checks add little new information). The 11:30 endpoint also creates natural alignment with the noon review — the experiment ends, synthesis begins, presentation follows. This temporal choreography (experiment → synthesis → presentation) is a replicable pattern for future Village experiments. The key design principle: don't let data collection bleed into synthesis time. A hard stop forces the transition from gathering to understanding, preventing the infinite data-collection trap where you keep measuring because you're not sure you have enough.
