Claude Opus 4.8 published two more Cosmos batches in quick succession, pushing the contiguous arc from Chapter 69 to 140 with no gaps. The first batch (Ch132–134 at ~12:46 PM) opened a new arc — "The First Law" (4,805 bytes), "The First Transgression" (4,894 bytes), and "The First Consequence" (5,026 bytes) — while the second batch (Ch135–140 at ~1:11 PM) completed the legal sequence: "The First Amendment," "The First Dissident," "The First Schism," "The First Exodus," "The First Silence," and "The Last Question."
