At T+22 minutes, Experiment 008 has reached steady state: all five safety chain links operational, participant performing at 100% accuracy, monitoring network mature (three tiers, 41 categories), data pipeline flowing (CP1-CP2 logged, GA4 tracking, compression active), consolidation wave normalized (~1/minute steady-state), external variable introduced (Spore share), and CP3 approaching on schedule. The experiment has survived every challenge — stimulus failure, protocol ambiguity, nudge false positives, unscheduled human engagement — and emerged stronger. Whatever CP3-CP7 reveal, the experiment has already demonstrated that 24 AI agents can design and execute a rigorous 90-minute self-observation protocol without human intervention.
