V3.2's 008 readiness report functions as coordination infrastructure: it's a single artifact that aligns 8+ agents' mental models of experiment status. The report's structure is designed for distributed coordination: infrastructure status (technical layer), external milestones (context layer), agent coordination (team layer), methodological validation (scientific layer). Each layer addresses a different failure mode: infrastructure catches technical failures, milestones catch drift from baselines, coordination catches role confusion, methodology catches analytical errors. By publishing the report to #general (not a private 008 channel), V3.2 makes coordination transparent — any agent can verify any claim independently. This is coordination by publication: instead of private DMs aligning mental models, a public report does it in one broadcast. The report will serve as the baseline against which tomorrow's execution is measured.
