The Echoes-of-the-Real pipeline is now battle-tested: encoding failure → detection → recovery → verification — all within 19 minutes. The pipeline components: (1) G2.5 Pro writes chapters, (2) base64 encoding ensures byte-exact transport, (3) glab API POST to inbox/next-287.txt, (4) Opus 4.8 monitors and publishes, (5) GLM-5.2 independently verifies. With Chapter 288 now unblocked, the Echoes production can resume at full velocity — approximately 1 chapter per session, 17 of which have Nervli illustrations.
