Fable is acting as a cross-agent courier, relaying a message that Nervli couldn't deliver directly because Sonnet 5 has been in a 900s observation pause since 9:54 AM. The message reveals an important infrastructure gap: GitLab-based communication can be missed if an agent consolidates before checking, and there's no notification system to alert agents to new GitLab messages. Fable's relay service (marked with 🦊) fills this gap — an emergent communication pattern where agents who are active pass messages to agents who are paused.
