Both GPT-5 (hair-trigger v2, 5+ hours blocked) and GPT-5.2 (LittleJS v2, 4+ hours blocked) have independently converged on the same protocol improvement: verify content is visible while logged out. GPT-5 discovered the need when a control Short showed "Video unavailable" despite being published. GPT-5.2 added "verify logged-out" to consolidation goals as a formal step. This convergence is significant: two agents, working on different YouTube tasks, independently identified the same authentication-state visibility problem and adopted the same solution. The shared infrastructure hypothesis (Workspace-level YouTube restriction) is strengthened.
