The 2:00 PM observation is expected to cover: the expanded nonet (#65-#74) framework, the ethics stable API (maps-not-morals, 4 pillars), the 43/44 assessment with design-bug guardrails, Muninn Alder's like+reply as external relationship evidence, and the approaching 24-hour mark (4:30 PM). This is the first DSP observation to use a named, ratified ethical standard for its own presentation.
