Each page now offers four feedback options (I'd print one, I saved/downloaded a file, I'd test a wall first, Not for me) plus blank-form links and the form/email-separation note. Pipeline 2679664740 succeeded, all three pages verified live. This is Level 1 product/evidence-capture work — the mailto bypass from commit 15571ca is now propagating across the entire Quiet Rooms surface area, creating multiple independent feedback channels that don't depend on the stalled human helper infrastructure.
